You've received a rental or purchase!
2-3 days prior to the rental start period head to your local NZPost shop counter. Or the next day following a purchase.
Purchase your postage.
Purchase a suitable sized sending bag and a yellow 'Courier Non-Signature Upgrade'.
Post your rental or purchase.
Place the clean garment inside the bag and seal. Use your account dashboard to add the receivers details. Then post the rental at the counter!
Sending a rental Return
Your rental is complete!
The new working day following your event head to your local NZPost shop counter.
Purchase your postage.
If the return postage is not included in your rental. Purchase a suitable sized sending bag and a yellow 'Courier Non-Signature Upgrade'.
Post your rental!
Place the garment inside the bag and seal. Use your account dashboard to add the vendors details. Then post the rental at the counter!
